Important Information

Each lamp is hand crafted. Natural variation in the glass and finish will occur. Photographs are a general representation. Colors will vary.

Approximate measurements have been provided. Please pay close attention to measurements when choosing a lamp.

All lamps include gift wrap and personalized card. Each lamp is beautifully wrapped for presentation.

Lamps delivered locally or picked up at the store will be wrapped in cellophane. Lamps that are being shipped are packed securely and wrapped in beautiful paper. All items shipped will include insurance with the delivery carrier.

A word about our wrapping: lamps not wrapped in cellophane will be secured in their original box and wrapped. The presentation is tasteful and appropriate, however, the original boxes are not pretty.

Light bulbs are included with most lamps. Large lamps that are shipped will not have light bulbs.

Some shades are painted. Do not wash. Clean with a dry cloth.

Delivery Options:

Delivery is available for $7.00 to BUSINESSES ONLY in the Des Moines, Iowa metro area. Lamps going to residences may be picked up or will be shipped via USPS.

Nationwide shipping available. We ship primarily via FedEx but will explore other options to accomodate special needs. Most items shipped in the state of Iowa and to PO Boxes will ship via USPS. Please contact us for additional options.

Return policy:

Due to the nature of our business, returns are not accepted. If you experience a problem, please contact us.

SOLD Items:

Items on the website that say, "SOLD" means that there is zero quantity currently in stock. The website will be updated once the item is back in stock and available. Oftentimes, the item is already on order or will be ordered shortly. If the lamp is available with the vendor, it typically takes approximately one week to receive. Please contact us for additional information or to place an order for an out of stock item.
