In Lieu of Flowers takes your privacy very seriously. We do not retain or store your credit card information nor do we share it with others. We do not store nor will we sell or release your email address to any third parties. We will use your information only to contact you. We do not have an email list and do not send spam email.

Delivery Options:

Delivery is available for $7.00 to funeral homes and hospitals in the Des Moines, Iowa metro area. We will make every effort to deliver Memory Lamps to the funeral home in time for the wake.

Nationwide shipping available. We primarily ship with FedEx Ground. Please contact us for additional options.

Pick-up is available at our store location: 328 Grand Ave West Des Moines, Iowa

Prices listed on this website do not include shipping or delivery costs. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of your order.

Please be sure that all information is entered accurately, including recipient's full name and address. Incorrect information may result in a delay and additional charges.

Payment Options:

Online payments are processed via PayPal.

We also accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Dwolla.

Phone orders and in-store credit card purchases are processed through INTUIT using a smart phone or tablet device. Customers will have the option to receive a receipt via email. (See Privacy Policy for email concerns.)

Tax:
The State of Iowa requires us to collect 6% sales tax for purchases made and delivered within the state of Iowa. Items delivered outside of Iowa will not be charged tax.

Return policy:

Due to the nature of our business, returns are not accepted. If you experience a problem, please contact us.

Inclement Weather:

If the Des Moines Metro schools (Waukee, Urbandale, Des Moines, West Des Moines) are closed due to inclement weather, In Lieu of Flowers will also be closed. Please call 515-897-2055 and leave a message for immediate assistance.
